The folowing statements are provided as added background and contain some conclusions that are considered "forward looking statements" as defined by the United States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. The company believes its corporate strength is its lean management and corporate structure. Compensation is predominantly on performance, yielding, little infrastructure cost. This philosophy will permit bottom line results and a low break-even.
Likewise, the company has in its product portfolio a license to market up to six Patent Pending products . Two of these products, Vita-StimTM and Appe-StopTM are at a stage they can be marketed when properly packaged in the near future. The agreement to license these products was made with no upfront fees and a royalty on sales when made. The commercial value of Intellectual Property is always difficult to assess. It is believed, however, that such a license for exclusive marketing rights under three separate Patent Applications could be worth up to $2,000,000 had the agreement been made at arms length, and not been provided by the company CEO with no cash consideration. As such, no GAAP value can be made.
The company intends to use its best efforts to obtain a meaningful market share of the $ 1 to 2 billion dollar market it believes is presented to its two lead products indicated above.
The company through its management may make forward looking statements from time to time concerning its expected future operations, performance and other developments. Such forward looking statements are estimates reflecting company's best judgment based upon current information and involve a number of risks and uncertainties, and there can be no assurance that other factors will not affect the accuracy of such forward looking statements. It is impossible to identify all of the of the factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those estimated by the company. Additionally, other risks include, but are not limited to the company's ability to continue to develop operations, the company's access to future capital, the successful integration of acquired companies, government regulation, managing and maintaining growth, the effect of adverse publicity, litigation, competition, sales and other factors that may be identified from time to time in the company's public announcements and literature.
