Product Launch
Emergent Health Corp. plans on offering its products through a variety of cost effective methods. These launchings are expected to commence 2008, and sooner, as follows:
1. Licensing of Patent Pending products through companies with known distribution.
2. Private labeling of Patent Pending products through other channels of distribution.
3. Direct launching of its products through a company designed method of distribution.
From time to time Emergent becomes engaged in active negotiation with other companies as large as $1 billion in sales as well as lesser known ones with strong market ties. There is no guarantee Emergent will conclude an arrangement with these companies, however we are operating under signed non disclosure agreements which we believe evidences "
good faith".
